1. Our Service

ThaiMassageFinder provides an online platform for customers and massage therapists to connect and arrange appointments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ThaiMassageFinder does not directly provide the massage service. Massage services are provided by independent therapists listed on our platform. We facilitate bookings, payments, communications and other marketplace services between customers and therapists.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• provide accurate booking and contact information;
• provide a safe and suitable environment for the therapist;
• disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the massage;
• treat therapists respectfully and professionally;
• ensure that the booking address is accurate and accessible;
• comply with all applicable laws; and
• remain available to provide access to the property at the agreed appointment time.

Customers must not request, encourage or engage in sexual, illegal or inappropriate conduct. ThaiMassageFinder operates as a professional massage marketplace. Sexual services are strictly prohibited.

3. Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists using ThaiMassageFinder must:

• provide accurate personal and professional information;
• maintain any qualifications, registrations, licences, permits and insurance required for the services they provide;
• provide services professionally and with reasonable care and skill;
• comply with applicable Australian laws and regulations;
• maintain appropriate hygiene and professional standards;
• respect customer privacy and confidentiality;
• comply with ThaiMassageFinder's safety requirements; and
• immediately notify ThaiMassageFinder of any incident involving a customer or booking that may affect safety.

Therapists must not offer sexual services through the platform.

4. Therapist Verification

ThaiMassageFinder may require therapists to provide information or documentation to verify their identity, qualifications, insurance, business details and other relevant credentials. A "Verified Therapist" badge indicates that ThaiMassageFinder has completed the verification checks applicable to that therapist at the time of verification. Verification does not constitute a guarantee that a therapist will be suitable for every customer or that an incident cannot occur.

5. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the customer receives a booking confirmation from ThaiMassageFinder. The availability, price, duration and location of the appointment will be displayed during the booking process. Customers should review booking details carefully before confirming payment.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers authorise ThaiMassageFinder and its payment provider to charge the applicable booking amount using the selected payment method. ThaiMassageFinder does not store complete credit card details on its own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation policies may vary by therapist and booking. The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed during the booking process. Customers who fail to attend or provide reasonable access at the scheduled appointment time may be charged in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Therapists may also cancel appointments where they reasonably believe that the customer, property or circumstances present a safety risk.

9. Customer and Therapist Reviews

Customers may be invited to review therapists following completed bookings. Reviews must be truthful, relevant and based on genuine experiences. ThaiMassageFinder may remove reviews that are:

• fraudulent;
• abusive;
• defamatory;
• discriminatory;
• sexually explicit;
• unrelated to the service; or
• otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

10. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Massage services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Customers are responsible for informing the therapist of relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the service. Customers should seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional where appropriate. A therapist may refuse or modify a massage where they reasonably believe the service may be unsafe or inappropriate.

11. Professional Conduct

ThaiMassageFinder has a zero-tolerance policy for:

• sexual harassment;
• sexual services;
• violence;
• threats;
• intimidation;
• discrimination;
• abusive behaviour;
• stalking;
• inappropriate touching; and
• illegal activity.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts where these standards are breached.

12. Safety and Incident Reporting

Customers and therapists should immediately contact emergency services where there is an immediate threat to life or safety. Safety incidents involving a ThaiMassageFinder booking should also be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible. We may investigate reported incidents and take action including suspending accounts, cancelling bookings or removing users from the platform.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to keep ThaiMassageFinder available and reliable but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from interruptions, errors or technical problems.

14. Third-Party Services

ThaiMassageFinder may use third-party services including payment processors, mapping providers, communications providers, analytics services and hosting providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, ThaiMassageFinder is not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, including the conduct of independent therapists or customers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for conduct or circumstances where such limitation would be unlawful.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, customers retain those rights.

17. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user:

• has breached these Terms;
• has engaged in unsafe or inappropriate conduct;
• has provided false information;
• has attempted fraud;
• has failed to comply with payment obligations; or
• has otherwise created a risk to customers, therapists or ThaiMassageFinder.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on ThaiMassageFinder.com.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and the relevant State or Territory in which the applicable service is provided.
