For Customers

Choose a Verified Therapist

Look for the Verified Therapist badge when selecting a therapist. Verification may include checks of identity, qualifications, insurance and other information required by ThaiMassageFinder.

Keep Bookings on the Platform

For your protection, make bookings and payments through ThaiMassageFinder. Avoid sending payment directly to a therapist unless specifically authorised by ThaiMassageFinder.

Check Your Booking

Before the appointment, confirm:

  • therapist name;
  • service;
  • date and time;
  • price; and
  • booking address.

Prepare a Safe Environment

The massage area should be clean, private and suitable for the service. Keep pets secured if necessary and ensure the therapist can safely access the property.

Professional Conduct

ThaiMassageFinder provides professional massage services only. Sexual services, sexual requests, harassment, inappropriate touching, threats or abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited. A therapist may end an appointment if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

For Therapists

Verify Your Identity and Credentials

Therapists may be required to provide:

  • identity documents;
  • qualifications;
  • insurance;
  • ABN/business information;
  • police checks or other verification documents.

Protect Customer Privacy

Customer addresses, contact details and booking information must be treated as confidential. Do not share customer information, photographs or videos without appropriate permission.

Trust Your Judgement

You may decline or end a booking if:

  • the environment appears unsafe;
  • the customer behaves inappropriately;
  • you are asked to provide prohibited services;
  • you believe there is a risk of violence or harassment; or
  • the requested service is outside your qualifications or professional scope.

Your safety takes priority.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

ThaiMassageFinder does not permit:

  • sexual services;
  • sexual harassment;
  • inappropriate touching;
  • violence;
  • threats;
  • stalking;
  • discrimination;
  • intimidation;
  • illegal activity;
  • trafficking or exploitation.

Accounts may be suspended or permanently removed following serious or repeated breaches.

Reporting an Incident

If an incident occurs during a ThaiMassageFinder booking:

  1. Move to a safe location if possible.
  2. Contact emergency services if there is an immediate danger.
  3. Report the incident to ThaiMassageFinder as soon as possible.
  4. Provide relevant booking information and details of what occurred.

We may investigate incidents and take appropriate action.

If you are in immediate danger or require urgent assistance, contact 000 in Australia. ThaiMassageFinder is not an emergency response service.
