Question 1

How does an in-home massage booking work?

Accepted Answer

Order online in one step: choose your treatment and duration, pick your date and time, add your address and pay securely. Your therapist arrives with a professional massage table, fresh linen and oils — you only need a clear space of about two by two metres.

Question 2

Are the therapists qualified and verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every featured therapist has their identity checked and their massage qualifications reviewed by our team before they can accept bookings. Verified therapists carry a badge on their profile.

Question 3

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We are expanding across Australia, starting with major metropolitan areas. Enter your address at checkout and we will match you with an available verified therapist.

Question 4

How much does a 60-minute treatment cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set per treatment type, not per therapist: Traditional Thai Massage $150, Relaxation Massage $160, Deep Tissue Massage $170, Sports Massage $180 and Pregnancy Massage $200 for 60 minutes.

Question 5

What do 90 and 120 minute sessions cost?

Accepted Answer

A 90-minute session is 1.4x the 60-minute price and 120 minutes is 1.8x. For example Traditional Thai is $150 for 60 minutes, $210 for 90 minutes and $270 for 120 minutes. The exact total is always shown before you pay.

Question 6

What are your standard hours, and is there an after-hours fee?

Accepted Answer

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Bookings outside those hours — including evenings and all weekend appointments — attract a $100 after-hours surcharge, which is shown in your order summary before payment.

Question 7

Do different therapists charge different prices?

Accepted Answer

No. Prices are fixed by treatment type and duration across the platform, so you pay the same rate whichever verified therapist attends.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are paid securely online by card at checkout through Stripe. You never need to hand over cash on the day, and we never store your card details.

Question 9

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Accepted Answer

Credit card transactions will show as Thai Massage Finder.

Question 10

Will I get a confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your payment succeeds you receive a booking reference and a confirmation email with your treatment, duration, time, address and total paid.

Question 11

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Contact us using your booking reference to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are fully refunded.

Question 12

How do I become a featured therapist?

Accepted Answer

Apply through the Become a Featured Therapist page. You will need your qualifications, work eligibility details and a profile photo. Our team reviews every application before your profile goes live.

Question 13

Is this a therapeutic service only?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Thai Massage Finder offers professional therapeutic massage only. Any request for a non-therapeutic service results in immediate cancellation and a permanent ban.
